Super high speed 2 needle overlock machine fitted with new automatic back - tacker.

This is a fully automated back - tacking system. On the conventional back tacking operation, there has been such disadvantages as having to turn the thread-chain and cut it manually by trimming knife at the end of sewing, while the length of thread-chain to be sewn into the next seam was not adjustable.

Yamato Automatic Back-Tacker eliminates all these disadvantages the stop position of sewing end, trimming of thread-chain and holding trimmed thread chain are all done automatically. And it improves the efficiency and quality . With Yamato original Top Back-Tacking system ensures to eliminate such troubles as skip-stitch and remaining of thread- chain at the beginning of the seam, needle bending and blunt needle point.

Even in case of 2 needle sewing, there are no tunnel seaming. It is also adjustable the length of thread-chain to be sewn into the next seam as desired by setting stitch counter on the control panel.

At the end of sewing the thread chain is kept and held under the tongue of presser foot, therefor tighter stitches can be obtained at the beginning of next seaming. More correct length of thread - chain to be sewn into next seam can also be obtained by double air blowing-out system. More fast sewing cycle is obtained by decreasing the distance between needle drop point and nozzle to such thread chain.
