On this New Automatic Back-Tacker ABT17, the thread chain is kept and held under the tongue of presser foot at the end of sewing cycle, therefore, more tighter stitches at the beginning of next seaming can be obtained. The length of thread chain to be sewn into next seam is adjustable minimum to 10mm with New Thread Chain Clamping System by setting the stitch counter on Control Panel, it is suitable for the back-tacking operation on short sewing such as the side seaming of bikini brief, shorts and so on. Besides, 3 different sewing speed can be set independently for each purpose as follows:

Sewing speed from the beginning of seaming to the trimming the thread chain of pre-determined length.

Sewing speed until the end of seaming.

Sewing speed for chain-off and saving cycle time.
