Yamato's 3-Needle Chainstitcher with Newly Designed Left Hand Trimming Mechanism VG3721 series
Yamato Sewing Machine Mfg. Co., Ltd. has recently marketed its VG 3721 Cylinder bed 3 needle chainstitcher with left hand fabric trimmer for hemming operation.
This model is equipped with newly designed left hand trimming mechanism ensures good quality in finish and flexibility in production.
Edge of folded material is cut by fabric trimmer on the left of needles and ensures uniform finish of hem even for garments with sideseams.
Minimized movement and downsized design of the trimmer in combination with newly designed gauge parts allows easy and smooth hemming operation even for unskilled operators.
Movement of trimming mechanism can be cancelled easily for hemming operation without fabric trimming. Besides, trimming mechanism can be removed as well, and with optional covers and gauge parts, further flexibility as cylinder bed chainstitch machine can be obtained.
