# Short Cylinder Bed
VG series has a great advantage for all kids of covered seaming operation; "Short Cylinder" which is 30 mm shorter than conventional one from needle drop point to the left side of cylinder. From needle drop point to the left side of cylinder is only 45 min. Also, by fitting extension cover, which is standard accessory, it can meet for hemming operation and son on. And from needle drop point to the right side of cylinder, there is 80 mm distance.

# Presser Foot High Lift
Easy and quick switch over of needle stroke from 31 to 33 mm by changing the position of eccentric pin on needle bar rod

# Walking Foot - This new type presser foot is designed to slide back and forth in co-operation with lower feed dogs movement. And the pressure of presser foot can be set as lower as possible. Therefore, it makes smooth feeding and the effect to prevent twisting during the long seaming such as bottom hemming operation on T-shirts.

# Easy Conversion to The Model for Attaching Collarette Tape, Covering machine, 4-needle Interlock, 2 Needle Double Chainstitch , Stitch Condense or Chain Off System by simple replacment of conversion & gauge parts !
# New Linear Differential Feeding System <Patent Pending> -
In VG series the differential feeding movement is engaged with the main feed similar to overlock machines, therefore the differential feeding ratio is stable even with changing stitch length and there is no need to do re-adjustment. The machine can be easily and quickly prepared to perform condense stitch without any part replacement. By adjusting outer lever, it can be changed the differential feeding ratio and is fitted with micro-adjuster, which enables you to obtain proper differential ratio according to the various kinds of material.

# New Looper Thread Take-up Cam System <Patent Pending> -
The cam is located outside, therefore even if the looper thread winds itself round the cam, it is easier to unwind the looper thread from the cam. The threading is more simplified and less maintenance is ensured. The cam can be replaced easily according to its application and purpose, such as change from the cam for 2 or 3 needle to it for 1 needle. Also the cam can be prepared as desired matching to particular thread and condition.
